The
Daman
Buildings
are
situated
within
the
Dubai
International Financial Centre.
The
scheme
consisted
of
two
connected
towers,
partially
overlapping,
of
18
and
65
storeys.
The
two
structures
are
interconnected with multiple link bridges.
It
is
a
mixed
use
development
which
comprises
of
84,000
m
2
residential
accommodation,
56,000
m
2
of
offices
and
a
300 room sky hotel.
Project Design
Kashec
collaborated
with
the
Dubai
office
of
the
global
engineering
firm
Buro
Happold
to
carry
out
the
structural
design of these challenging buildings.
Kashec
engineers
and
technicians
were
deputed
to
Buro
Happold Dubai office during the design process.
