Captain of Ports Pontoon-Dolphin Berth in Goa:
This is the first Hybrid Jetty in India with maintenance free unsinkable form filled concrete pontoons. This is a new concept in India – widely used in Europe & America which offers a more cost effective solution to building floating jetties.
- Key Features:
- A Hybrid jetty to cater for a range of vessels from 4000 DWT to less than 100 DWT.
- It comprises of two 20m x 5m x 2.1m concrete floating pontoons to provide a fixed freeboard to embark and discharge passengers.
- It comprises 3 nos. of Dolphins.

- The gangway is a simply supported structure made of marine grade aluminum 3m x 15m long hinged at one end & roller supported at the other.
