the
prestigious
area of Highgate.
It
is
a
luxury
residential
complex
comprising
of
two
buildings
with
private
swimming
pools,
spas,
gyms,
games
rooms and home cinemas.
The
scheme
consisted
of
the
construction
of
two
new
concrete buildings of circa 15,000 sq ft gross internal area.
Project Design
Kashec
provided
full
structural
design
services
for
this
scheme.
Secant
pile
wall
construction
was
used
for
the
basement
which
was
designed
to
achieve
a
Grade
3
waterproofing
protection.
The superstructure was a reinforced concrete frame.
