The
scheme
consisted
of
the
construction
of
a
new
four-
storey building, including basement, of circa 9,000 sq ft.
The
luxury
property
includes
swimming
pool,
jacuzzi,
gym/Pilates
room,
music
room,
games
room,
cinema,
extensive terraces and gardens.
Project Design
Kashec
provided
full
structural
design
services
for
this
scheme.
The
reinforced
concrete
basement
was
designed
to
achieve
a Grade 3 waterproofing protection.
The
superstructure
consisted
of
load
bearing
masonry
walls
and steel beams.
